Shipping & Returns
Currently, we only ship to a limited number of international regions, including: the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
We offer standard delivery services for global orders, combining Amazon delivery with local carriers. The usual delivery time is 3-7 working days.
Note: The shipping time may be affected by a large number of orders, seasonal demands, and delays caused by carriers due to adverse weather, strikes, and customs processing and other events. Please consider these delay factors when placing an order, as we cannot guarantee the specific delivery date for international orders.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our site, ECLOVELIFE will accept returns for merchandise within 30-days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging, in an unused condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase (a copy of your confirmation email including your order number works perfectly for this).
If we're unable to help get your issue resolved or you decide to return your items, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is successfully received by our ECLOVELIFE Returns Center.
Once you’ve initiated your return, please send an email ucradle@gmail.comOnce our team confirms that your return is in transit to our warehouse, we’ll process a refund for the returned items. Please note the refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
