We offer standard delivery for all international orders using a combination of FedEx and local carriers. Delivery times are typically 7-10 business days, but in rare cases, due to customs delays, some areas may take several weeks to arrive.
Due to licensing restrictions, many of our officially licensed, exclusive “pop culture” designs are not available outside of the United States and its territories. If a design is not available for delivery to a restricted area, our website will let you know at checkout.
Note: Shipping times may be affected due to high volume orders, seasonal demand, and carrier delays due to inclement weather, strikes, and customs processing. Please consider these delays when placing your order as we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for international orders.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased on the ecloverlife website, ecloverlife will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be returned in all original packaging, in unused condition, with proof of purchase (a copy of the confirmation email containing the order number is sufficient).
If we are unable to help you resolve the issue or you decide to return the item, we recommend that you use a traceable shipping method to ensure that your return is successfully received by our ecloverlife Return Center.
Once received, our team will inspect and process your return. We will notify you via email once your return and refund have been successfully processed. Please note that the processing of your return and refund may take up to one quarter. Once processing is complete, your refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 business days to arrive.
